Since returning to Chicago 25 years ago, Alan has been documenting the

architecture of his hometown. Whether he’s photographing historic 

buildings, elegant homes or condos, hotels, restaurants, or commercial 

real estate, Alan strives for well-composed and graphic images that portray 

the space in a natural way. Great design doesn’t need to be enhanced or altered,

simply recreated visually as accurately as possible to communicate the architect’s vision.
